Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the sourcing and recruitment process for both high-volume and specialized roles. Operationally, the specialist supports vendor management activities, assists with TA reporting and analytics to track hiring metrics, and helps optimize Workday efficiencies for TA.
Recruiting & Sourcing Support
- Partner with TA Colleagues and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Operations
Support vendor management activities, including onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management.Assist with TA reporting and analytics to track hiring metrics and identify areas for improvement.Help optimize Workday efficiencies for TA.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on TA-related projects and initiatives.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and / or Related Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of recruiting experience preferably in matrixed environment.Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different business areas.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with Workday and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across teams.Familiarity with vendor management and TA operations.Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.Ability to Travel : Up to 10%
The expected hiring range for this position is $66,640.00 - $83,300.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
