The Senior HR Technology Project Manager leads complex, high-impact consulting engagements, driving strategic outcomes and influencing executive stakeholders. This role oversees multiple projects, mentors junior team members, and contributes to the evolution of team processes and tools. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep HR technology expertise and a passion for innovation and excellence.

About You
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills. Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing. Experience of proofreading.
Preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills for engaging executive and technical stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities with a proactive mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities. Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely documentation and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced project management tools. Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments. High level of dependability, accountability, and discretion with sensitive information. Collaborative team leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 7 years of project management experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with HR Technology solutions. Project Management certification required (e.g., PMP).
