About the Role:
We are seeking a VP of Construction to lead all field operations for a high end custom home builder known for a fully integrated design-build process and luxury residential projects across top Dallas neighborhoods. This role oversees construction execution, team leadership, trade relationships, quality assurance, and schedule control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction teams, superintendents, and field staff to ensure flawless execution of custom homes
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, permitting, inspections, and project turnover
• Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, finish quality, and client service
• Partner with in-house design and architecture teams to ensure alignment from concept to completion
• Build and maintain strong trade partner relationships
• Drive continuous improvement in build process, communication, and operational efficiency
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years residential construction experience, including custom or luxury homes
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams
• Strong understanding of high end finishes, design intent, and premium client expectations
• Ability to interpret plans, manage budgets, and oversee complex custom builds
• Tech savvy and experienced with project management systems
• Strong communication, leadership presence, and problem solving skills
