Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. Humana's Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Brand Strategy to join the team working remote. Are you a brand strategist who thrives on shaping identity and driving clarity across complex portfolios? As the Senior Associate, Brand Strategy, you'll support the development and stewardship of brand strategies for Humana's insurance and Reliance brands. You'll help ensure these brands are positioned for growth, aligned with enterprise goals, and consistently represented across all touchpoints.

Key Role Functions

• Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and architecture for Humana INS and Reliance
• Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across campaigns and experiences
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and governance tools
• Monitor brand health metrics and support strategic planning and reporting
• Oversee legal reviews, ensuring all campaign activities adhere to regulatory requirements and corporate brand guidelines
• Conduct competitive and trend reporting to inform brand and campaign decisions

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
