As a Client Service Associate, you'll be the backbone of client relationshipsproviding exceptional service, managing critical administrative processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, advisors, and custodians. What You'll Do :
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Prepare and process documentation for new and existing accounts
- Coordinate with custodians and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support advisor travel logistics
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- (If licensed) Assist with trading and portfolio rebalancing
