Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Tucson, Arizona 85741

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : October 27, 2025

End Date : January 26, 2026

Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse, On-Site

Float Pool : Will float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita

Weekend Requirement : 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780 - $1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience

Strong clinical skills in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing

Willingness to float between departments and healthcare facilities as needed

Excellent critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership abilities

Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

Demonstrate advanced critical thinking and anticipate patient needs for safe, effective care

Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing nursing education

Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience

Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel

Float between departments and facilities to meet patient care needs as assigned
