Job description
A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Analytics, Enterprise Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop growth strategies across payer, employer, and health system channels
Own the Enterprise Growth analytics roadmap, including models, dashboards, and reporting
Provide analytics to support payer negotiations and health system partnership evaluations
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years in healthcare strategy, analytics, consulting, or relevant growth roles
Strong understanding of reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and healthcare delivery
Advanced modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience in commercial negotiations or partnership development
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, Data Analytics, etc.)
