The Diplomat Beach Resort Curio by Hilton is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance to join the Finance Department! The Diplomat Beach Resort Curio Collection by Hilton is South Floridas iconic beachfront destination located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale in Hollywood Florida and has 1000 rooms.

Our ideal candidate for this role has Excellent proficiency with Excel Word PowerPoint. Knowledge of Software such as Peoplesoft SUN Smartview ADP TMX Workday Dayforce Agilysys POS Micros Silverware POS. Has extensive experience with balance sheet reconciliation knowledge of bookkeeping and month end close process. Must be organized and work well with all levels of management.

Shift Pattern : Monday through Friday with weekend availability when needed.

What will I be doing

As the Assistant Director of Finance - Assistant Controller you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of all financial operations of the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
