Responsibilities

• Lead the Full Project Lifecycle : Manage structural designs from concept to completion, ensuring precision, compliance, and innovation at every stage.
• Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions : Create optimal, code-compliant designs using site-specific conditions and loadings, while applying industry standards (AASHTO, ADM, ACI, AISC, ASCE, DOT, IBC, NDS, etc.).
• Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges, streamline workflows, and deliver efficient, groundbreaking solutions.
• Drive Project Success : Oversee schedules, budgets, and expectations, proactively addressing challenges to ensure seamless execution.
