- Primarily rotating weekend inpatient coverage, typically 4 hours each Saturday and Sunday (usually 8am-noon but flexible); if available, could also fill in during week in inpatient or outpatient setting for other employee illness / vacation / leave
- Weekends : 1 weekend (Sat / Sun) per month with some flexibility

The Physical Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing Physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practice of physical therapy, state and federal regulations, and Alomere Health's policies and procedures. The Physical therapist will provide high quality care, excellent customer service, fiscal responsibility, and maintain regulatory compliance at all times.
Position Objective
The Physical Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practice of physical therapy, state and federal regulations, and Alomere Health's policies and procedures. Essential Responsibilities
Communicate with referring provider(s) regarding patient progress and needsCoordinate care with other professionals as needed to maximize patient outcomesAct as a resource to the area therapists regarding progression of facility provided protocolsAppropriate supervision and / or delegation of tasks in accordance with state laws and scope of practiceAdequate utilization of the electronic medical record including thorough research and retrieval of pertinent medical informationComplete accurate and timely therapy documentation and billingUse of evidence based information and principles with application to therapy practiceProvide safe, reliable, and efficient performance of appropriate therapy procedures to evaluate and treat patients across the lifespanInvolve the patient and family (as appropriate) in discussion and development of the plan of care, expected outcomes and creation of patient specific functional goalsDevelop a plan of treatment for each patient based on initial and ongoing evaluationEvaluate mobility, strength, and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainableRequired Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (P.T., M.P.T., or D.P.T.)Current (or eligible for) license from the MN board of Physical TherapyCPR certificationPreferred Qualifications
