We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Field Service Supervisor for our Rocky Hill, CT office. Salary is based on experience.

This person will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Job Summary :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Scheduling and supervising up to 2-man crews, ensuring they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
