We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Laborer Foreman to oversee daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of union craft employees ensure adherence to safety standards and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Specifically this position will require previous knowledge working on cast-in-place segmental bridges. The individual must have knowledge working with standard formwork form traveler operations pier table construction sequencing strand jacking critical lifting with complex rigging hydraulic jacks working at heights on tall bridge structures etc.

Overall Responsibilities / Functions

• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Working with the Superintendent to schedule work assignments and manage workflow to optimize productivity.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project Superintendents.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conducts safety meetings with union craft employees; explains in detail the work to be accomplished and how it is to be accomplished
• Acts as OSHA defined competent person on job
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to union craft employees on proper techniques and safety practices.
• Resolve / report conflicts and address any issues that arise on the job site.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed materials used and labor hours.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and architects to facilitate project goals.
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure conformance with specifications
