Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Telehealth Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing helping match driven professionals with remote digital health support roles.
This role is great for someone who enjoys technology and patient interaction. Youll help clinicians with virtual rooming gather patient information and ensure telehealth sessions run smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Prepare patients for virtual visits by collecting histories
- Assist providers during telehealth sessions
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
- Document visit information accurately
- Support HIPAA-compliant care delivery
