The Position

The Manufacturing Operator performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and / or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Works within standard operating procedures and / or scientific methods with a moderate degree of supervision.

The Opportunity

• You are executing the process of assembly, filling, labeling & packaging equipment of varying complexity and in accordance with production manufacturing records, operating procedure requirements to produce finished intermediates and final kits while meeting production targets.
• You are capable of basic transactions within highly complex systems and controls in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. receive, process, build product / materials, facilitate material availability, SAP transactions / confirmations).
• You are running automated systems / equipment and sequences of operation, including : equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
• You are participating in the execution of protocol / validations.
• You have the ability to be a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more areas of production. Contributes to daily end of shift reports and pass downs.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $43,000.00 - $79,800.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
