THE ROLE - CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
The Client Relations Specialist will report to the VP Marketing & Customer Support and be responsible for assisting with the many facets of the sales and marketing efforts which include forming relationships with existing accounts sales support and administrative duties including CRM database maintenance.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES - CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
The primary goal in this role is to drive sales and increase revenue . This involves actively pursuing and acquiring prospective clientele across all service departments through scheduled on-site visits and targeted outreach. You will boost sales growth by increasing the submission and approval rate of service estimates . A key part of your role is conducting proactive calls and meetings with existing and potential clients to thoroughly understand and address their comprehensive service needs. You will prepare and present professional presentations promoting our full range of services and value propositions.
As a Client Relations Specialist you will serve as the primary customer liaison managing all client communications and issues from initial contact through project completion. Your responsibility includes ensuring the seamless timely and accurate transfer of crucial project information across all internal stakeholders. You will cultivate and maintain robust long-term relationships with current clientele proactively identifying and anticipating future needs and spotting opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional company services.
Maintaining the highest level of accuracy for all current and historical client data interactions and notes within the Cornerstone CRM database is essential. You are expected to proactively manage the follow-up process for all pending overdue and unawarded estimates associated with new business or strategic targets. Furthermore you will contribute to improved organizational efficiency by identifying and providing solutions to streamline customer-facing communication processes and providing valuable feedback to internal teams based on client insights to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS - CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Education : Associates degree in business Marketing Communications or a related field; equivalent professional work experience will be considered.
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to professionalism in all client interactions.
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook) and experience managing data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is mandatory.
Core Competencies : Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. Must possess excellent time management organizational problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.
Preferred Experience :
Relevant experience within the construction mechanical or trade industries (Plumbing / HVAC).
SALARY AND BENEFITS - CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Salary Range : Salary Range : $55k-$75k
