Job Description :

Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location : Niles, Michigan, 49120

Shift Schedule : 5x8 Hour Shifts - Day Shift

Duration : 13 Weeks (Possible extension depending on business needs)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay Range : $22 / hr - $30 per hour on a W2

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Monitor and record vital signs, intake / output, and report changes in patient condition to the care team

Offer compassionate support to patients and their families in a homecare setting

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Follow all infection control, safety, and patient care protocols as per agency standards

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks, as needed, to support patient comfort and independence

Skills / Experience Needed :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Detail-oriented with reliable time management

Empathetic, patient-focused approach to care

Previous home health or in-home caregiving experience preferred (not required)

Education :

High School Diploma or GED - Required

Certifications :

Active Michigan CNA certification - Required

Basic Life Support (BLS - American Heart Association) - Required
