About the Role

We’re hiring an Associate Account Manager to keep client programs running smoothly across scripting, production, posting QA, and daily communications. You’ll support senior managers, maintain quality standards, and help boost client engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing client communication, content quality control, and cross-team coordination.

What You’ll Do

Reporting & Client Tracking

• Update reports, dashboards, and Airtable with accurate data
• Monitor client communications, response times, and activation milestones
• Verify client compliance with contract terms
