Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Include the following (other duties may be assigned) :

• Uses best practices in installation techniques for new construction and replacement projects.
• Installs products ordered.
• Interpret job installation reports
• Treat all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain neat job-site practices
• Review job work order assignment calendar and review route.
• Work independently on fulfilling assignments
• Assess installation and repair projects
• Communicate with the service department on any changes to orders needed.
• Take photos of issues
• Ensure the product is in working order to customer satisfaction.
• Respond to additional customer requests.
• Adhere to policies and procedures for documentation.

Senior Installer

We are a Large Corporate Industry Leader in Building Supplies Employing over 800 Friendly People on Long Island, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts

Senior Installer - Responsible for traveling to pre-scheduled appointments to install replacement windows, doors, and other millwork products.

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $30.00 - $35.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law
