Job descriptionbasic plumbing services include faucet and toilet installation or replacement, showerhead upgrades, P-trap cleaning, garbage disposal replacement, shutoff valve installation, water pressure adjustments, and minor pipe leak repairs. extensive drain clogs , leak detection using moisture sensors or pressure testing, partial pipe rerouting, toilet flange repairs, water heater replacement (up to 75 gallons), sump pump installs, ADA-compliant fixture upgrades, urinal services, and backflow preventer installation and testing. advanced services cover hydro jetting of main lines, sewer camera inspections (CCTV), trenchless sewer repair, full building repiping (copper, PEX, CPVC), commercial boiler or water heater installations, grease trap systems, submetering for multi-tenant buildings, booster and recirculation pump systems, storm and roof drain cleaning, and thermal or acoustic leak detection. Perform plumbing services for commercial properties throughout Virginia. Faucets Toilets Showerheads Garbage disposals Urinals Water heaters Repair minor and extensive pipe leaks. Conduct drain cleaning and clog removal using standard tools and hydro-jetting equipment. Perform sewer camera (CCTV) inspections for diagnostic purposes. Detect leaks using moisture sensors, thermal imaging, and acoustic tools. Reroute piping systems as needed. Backflow preventers Sump pumps ADA-compliant fixtures Commercial water heating systems Booster pump systems Assist with trenchless pipe repair and rehabilitation projects. Requirements 1. In general, plumbing work requires comprehensive training and hands-on experience, typically gained through a formal apprenticeship or comparable education and practical background 2. Journeyman Plumbers license or Masters for the state of Virginia or reciprocity state. 3. 1 year of experience 4. Backflow certification is preferred but not mandatory 5. Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record, as required by company policy, in order to operate company vehicles or equipment related to the job Work Environment- Unlike retail or pharmacy settings such as Walmart, Dollar Tree, or CVS, where employees work indoors with customers, our plumbers spend most of their time in the field. Variety of Worksites – Plumbers work in homes, businesses, construction sites, and occasionally outdoors. Hands-On Work – The job involves installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and water systems. Active & Physical – Work often requires lifting, bending, crawling into tight spaces, and standing for long periods. Problem-Solving Environment – Each job site is different, so plumbers troubleshoot and adapt to new challenges daily. Team & Independent Work – Some tasks are completed solo, while larger projects require collaboration with other plumbers, contractors, or construction crews.. Powered by JazzHR
