Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

This position requires onsite presence at the designated facility with possible occasional travel as needed.Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including image management and performance monitoring.Develop and enhance the SolarWinds VDI dashboard for real-time system oversight.Ensure secure and standardized Gold Image baselines, incorporating necessary security agents and graphics optimization.Document baseline images to facilitate troubleshooting and consistency.Implement Microsoft Power STIG to maintain DoD STIG compliance.Configure and maintain Horizon Desktop / Infrastructure with focus on memory reservation, UAG redundancy, and profile management enhancements.Optimize paging files and increase environment stability and reliability.Adjust and manage Liquidware Profile Unity for faster load times and stable user profiles.Integrate Terraform with GitLab for automated infrastructure deployment and documentation.Collaborate on reviewing and enhancing network security configurations, including Cisco ISE and 802.1X authentication.Develop and refine Cisco ISE rules in accordance with government cybersecurity directives.Required Skills
Active TS / SCI security clearanceIn-depth knowledge of vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) and vCenterExpertise with Citrix Horizon Client and Liquidware Profile UnityStrong understanding of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and network security protocolsExperience with VDI performance optimization and automation tools such as SolarWinds, Terraform, and AnsibleProficiency with version control systems, specifically GitLab (including DoD instance)Familiarity with virtualization management and troubleshootingDemonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in secure, compliance-driven environmentsExcellent documentation and communication skills for technical solutionsNice to Have
