About The Role
The Account Development Representative (ADR) job is the launch point for a successful career in SaaS sales. In this role, you will not only be Boon’s customer facing representative but also help shape our go to market strategy as an early stage start up. This includes researching and generating leads, mapping and adding more information to accounts, and creating demand for Boon’s ever expanding set of products and features. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop mid market sales skills and grow rapidly within a well funded startup. Boon provides accelerated commissions and a fast path for promotion into closing roles for high performing ADRs. You will work closely with leadership, influence the product and work with the great talent from companies like Samsara, Doordash, Square among others.

This estimate can vary based on the above mentioned factors, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. A Boon employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and / or equity in the company.
