SCAD is hiring : Professor, Creative Business Leadership in Savannah

Join SCAD as a professor of creative business leadership and help shape the next generation of creative executives, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. In this acclaimed graduate program, you will prepare students to lead with vision, think strategically, and harness the power of creativity to drive innovation and impact in todays complex global marketplace.

As a SCAD professor, you will cultivate a professional, engaging, and forward-thinking classroom environment. Responsibilities include teaching graduate-level courses; designing and submitting syllabi; reviewing midterm grades; maintaining regular office hours; and providing additional support through extra help sessions, learning opportunities, and field-based experiences. Instructional topics will cover business strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, operations, data analysis, and innovationanchored in creative thinking and real-world application.

In this role, you will also conduct program and course assessments, maintain accurate academic records, and support institutional effectiveness through curriculum development, accreditation efforts, and participation in university initiatives. Active involvement in SCAD eventsincluding admission activities, faculty councils, exhibitions, and industry engagementis also expected.

• ?The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of finance, accounting, leadership, and business strategy and be prepared to teach all related business innovation concepts across Creative Business Leadership in support of the MBI program. Experience leading creative teams or launching ventures is highly desirable.
