What You'll Do :
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering projects that support both immediate production needs and long-term strategic objectives.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to drive process integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with customers to design and implement optimized manufacturing processes that elevate performance and efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive project plans , tracking key milestones and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage technical relationships with sub-suppliers , ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process flow reviews , maintaining accurate documentation to support scalable, efficient manufacturing operations.
- Identify and lead VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) initiatives , contributing to cost savings, productivity gains, and product enhancements.
- Support quality improvement efforts , problem-solving activities, and risk assessments aligned with aerospace industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship , ensuring best practices in engineering processes are upheld across the team.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (required).5–7 years of experience in manufacturing—ideally within aerospace, defense, or precision machining environments.Strong command of GD&T and familiarity with 5-axis machining, EDM, and advanced material handling systems.Hands-on experience with aerospace materials including titanium, aluminum, nickel alloys, and stainless steelsProven success in project management, with excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities.Familiarity with aerospace and military manufacturing standards (highly preferred).Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and influence team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Why This Role Stands Out :
