🔍 Position Highlights

• 🧠 Experience : 2+ years required — must have high-level NICU / PICU / CVICU experience
• 💡 Certifications : NBRC, BLS, PALS, Advanced NRP (all required in hand)
• 🪪 License : Ohio RRT License (must be active prior to start)
• 💻 Charting : Epic (preferred)
• 🏥 Float : May float to Shaker Children’s Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU
• 🩺 Patient Population : Pediatric, Neonatal, and Cardiac Critical Care
• ✋ Fingerprinting : Two required (one onsite, one agency-based)
