HiFyve is hiring a Plant Manager in the Manufacturing industry in the Kansas City, MO area!

Salary : Up to $48 / hr

Location : Kansas City, MO metro area

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day CNC manufacturing operations, ensuring schedule adherence, team alignment, and production efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and use real-time data to identify challenges and seize opportunities
• Develop and execute plant-wide strategies that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve flow
• Align plant operations with overall business goals and customer demands
• Lead lean initiatives and implement best practices in process control, safety, and quality assurance
• Standardize procedures and instill a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence
• Mentor and empower team leads, operators, and support staff-fostering a strong shop-floor culture
• Provide structured coaching, evaluations, and training opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, programming, purchasing, and assembly
• Oversee budgeting, inventory levels, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety standards
