Job description

Remote Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) - Full-Time in NY

Position : Full-Time

Salary : $115,000-$120,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We're hiring LMFTs to deliver virtual care across New York. You'll guide clients through stress, family conflict, and mental health challenges while maintaining clear treatment outcomes and documentation.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct teletherapy sessions for individuals and families.
  • Complete assessments and create tailored care plans.
  • Document client interactions in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide education and coping strategies.
  • Work closely with a remote team.

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in New York.
  • Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • 2 years of experience in counseling preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently.
