Job description

Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints and ensure the smooth operation of the service department.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services.
  • Communicate with customers about recommended services and any issues that may arise.
  • Provide accurate estimates and quotes to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the services offered by the dealership.
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure smooth operation.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, service retention, and revenue generation.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Desirable :

  • CDJR experience is a plus.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
