Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services.
- Communicate with customers about recommended services and any issues that may arise.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes to customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the services offered by the dealership.
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure smooth operation.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, service retention, and revenue generation.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a the automotive industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Desirable :
