Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Sales / Marketing Program Support professional to join our team. This role involves serving as a primary post-sale consultative partner, leveraging in-depth industry and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction, maximize product value, and ensure effective adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate will foster long-term client relationships, deliver measurable business outcomes, and contribute to strategic projects with autonomy and expertise.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure products or services are functioning as intended and adding expected value.
- Leverage deep knowledge of client industries, products, and market roles to provide expert guidance and strategic product recommendations.
- Identify renewals, migrations, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to achieve desired customer outcomes.
- Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, risk, and success metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Assist in the development of strategic direction and positioning of focused projects to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
- Conduct knowledge transfer through training and minimal technical guidance.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on service offering improvements.
- Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy and influence executive decisions.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in customer relationship management and consultative roles.Strong expertise in client industries, products, and market roles.Ability to monitor and analyze customer metrics to drive engagement and retention.Experience in providing training and knowledge transfer to clients.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with senior leadership.US Citizen or Permanent Resident.Flexibility to travel to on-site customer locations for critical meetings, such as quarterly business reviews.Availability during CST business hours (flexible work hours, no overtime).About PTR Global : PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
