Business Development Manager
Senior Helpers Lowcountry is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the community by building strong referral partnerships and converting leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact while driving growth.
What You'll Do :
- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners
- Generate and convert leads into new clients
- Represent Senior Helpers at networking events and community outreach activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service start
- Track activity and performance to support growth goals
- Ensure all outreach and business development efforts align with healthcare regulations and company standards
What We Are Looking For :
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience (5+ years)Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship managementStrong communication and follow-through skillsSenior care or healthcare experience strongly preferredSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independentlyCompensation of Benefits :
