Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Lubbock

AccrediMatch is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide PRN home health visits across Lubbock and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity to support patients in their homes while maintaining control of your schedule.

Compensation

  • 💵 Pay : $55 – $65 per visit
  • ✅ Flexible PRN schedule – work at your convenience
  • 📍 Location : Home Health Care / In-home patient visits

What You’ll Do

  • Provide mobility training, strengthening, and therapeutic exercise
  • Support patients recovering from illness, surgery, or managing chronic conditions
  • Deliver high-quality care to help patients improve functional independence
  • Document visit notes in EMR (training provided)
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

    • Requirements

  • Active Texas PT license
  • 1+ year of clinical experience
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
