Senior Actuarial Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Actuarial Analyst to perform financial analyses and build models that enhance health plan competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret quantitative data to create and review exhibits based on detailed data sets

Perform data mining and analysis that impacts pricing and risk assumptions

Extract and compile group-specific utilization data to support customer reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, finance, data science, economics, or other quantitative field

Actuarial experience through exams passed or relevant work experience

2+ years of experience in a corporate environment involving data collection and analysis

Expertise in MS Excel for working with formulas, calculations, charts, and graphs

Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze data and find effective solutions
