Job descriptionLeadership & Management : Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of baristas and staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. Customer Service : Ensure the highest quality of customer service by maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude, and resolving any customer concerns promptly and professionally. Inventory & Ordering : Manage inventory levels, ensure products are stocked, and order supplies when needed. Financial Management : Assist with cash handling, register management, and tracking sales to ensure profitability. Training & Development : Train new hires, provide ongoing support and development to team members, and ensure they follow health and safety standards. Team Collaboration : Maintain a positive and productive work environment while fostering team collaboration. Scheduling & Staffing : Create weekly staff schedules, ensuring that the caf is properly staffed during peak and off-peak hours. Experience : Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry. (At least 2-3 years preferred) Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish is required to ensure clear communication with staff and customers. Full-Time Availability : This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Strong Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of customer service. Excellent Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors. Organized & Detail-Oriented : Able to manage multiple tasks at once, keeping track of inventory, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
