Program Operations Supervisor : Ensuring Quality and Compliance
Mosaic is looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Direct Support Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our crucial residential support programs. Your core mission will be to maintain a high-quality, compliant, and well-staffed environment.

What you'll do :
This role is perfect for a manager who excels at juggling multiple, critical responsibilities :
Operational Management : Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance : Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements
Team Oversight : Managing the complete staff life cycle, including hiring, comprehensive training, and efficient scheduling
Individual Coordination : Strategically planning and managing the appointments and activities of the individuals in the program.
Record Integrity : Meticulously maintaining all necessary records and documentation

SCHEDULE : Salaried, generally days, but flexibility will be required as hours may include evening, overnights and weekends for On-Call support.

Required Certifications : Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and medication administration
