The Receiver, Exciter, and Back-End Processing (REBEP) Department at Raytheon is at the forefront of advanced receiver and signal processing technologies. We invite an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and development of Radar Receiver and Exciter products.
Your Responsibilities :
Design, model, simulate, and verify RF / Microwave circuits and subsystems.
Conduct integration and testing at component, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), and subsystem levels.
Support the transition to production with technical guidance for manufacturing and testing engineers.
Lead small projects or processes as needed, demonstrating strong management skills.
Engage in travel for domestic and international integration activities as well as visits to customer and subcontractor facilities.
This role requires being onsite 100%, located in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
2 years of experience in RF component analysis, design, and testing, or 1 year with a Masters.
Proficient in Python or Matlab for data analysis and testing.
Must possess an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications :
BS in Electrical Engineering.
Experienced in designing, testing, and troubleshooting analog and RF CCAs.
Proficient in integration and testing of CCAs and subsystems.
Hands-on experience using design simulation tools like ADS and Mentor Graphics' Xpedition, as well as analytics tools such as Matlab.
Familiar with automated testing scripts and software tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in laboratory settings with testing instruments such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
Prior experience in a production environment.

Security clearance is required for this position, managed by the DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services.
The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $130,000. This range is an estimate based on various factors, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, and education. Candidates may be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) match, among others. Annual incentive compensation may also apply based on performance metrics.
