BILH coversheet required at time of submission. AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED IN PACKET - NO HOLIDAY TIME OFF 1+ WEEK IN GENERAL WILL NOT BE APPROVED - Candidates will not be considered without these at time of submission

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, PACU

Licenses : RN-MA(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS(Copy Needed); ACLS(Copy Needed), PALS

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References : 1 Reference in the last 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

MA RN LIC

BLS, ACLS

of beds, EMR, and facility type for each facility noted in the work history

PACU SCL and Reference within a year
