Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program Ability to obtain / maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses. Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations) Easy accessibility to Guthrie specialist Accredited Patient-Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards. Full benefits include medical, dental, and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance with tail. Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match. Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals. A $15,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time. Salary range - $115,000 to $155,000 Meeting time - 7 days with options for home study. $1,700 annually for conference registration certifications and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies. APP support and guidance provided by the Advanced Practice Provider Council. Relocation expenses paid up to $15,000 Accompanying partner placement assistance available Physician professional and social special interest groups Dedicated Onboarding team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie.
