REQUIREMENTS

• Active PA State License any bid posted w / o an active PA state medical license will be rejected
• Active PA DEA (permanent PA DEA - address change will not be accepted)
• Board Certification through ABO+G with a subspecialty in MFM.
• Successful completion of a residency in OB / GYN accredited by the ACGME or AOA.
• Successful completion of a fellowship in MFM accredited by the ACGME or AOA.

MUST ACTIVELY PERFORM DELIVERIES, C-SECTIONS, FETAL ECHOS, CVS AND GYN U / S.

CNM IS 1ST CALL, OB / GYN IS 2ND CALL, MFM IS 3RD CALL (B / U TO OB / GYN).
