Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Seagoville, TX

• New graduates will be considered if they had SNF experience during their clinical rotations.

Job Description :

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients according to physician referrals and established care plans

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations using appropriate tools and techniques

Develop individualized, measurable treatment goals to maximize patient function and independence

Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians in accordance with state regulations

Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans with patients, families, and healthcare team

Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and periodic re-evaluations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and ongoing care

Attend in-service trainings and continuing education for license maintenance and skill development

Requirements :

Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas

Ability to supervise support staff in accordance with state regulations

Physical ability to lift and transfer patients (up to 250 lbs with assistance)

Must pass post-offer drug screening and physical exam, if required

Must meet all local health regulations

Ability to document accurately and timely per company standards

Willingness to travel to other sites and work variable shifts as needed

Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
