Program Manager / Director
Guidehouse is looking for a Program Manager / Director to lead one of our larger technical federal engagements and manage our growth within key agency. The portfolio is over $20M in size and spans a variety of technologies, across multiple customers. The identified individual requires a broad range of technical knowledge, with strong data analytics experience, and will be expected to both speak strategically with the client, but also dive into technical and business areas to flush out the feasibility of solutions.
What You Will Do :
- The overall success of the program, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of our provided solutions / services
- Annual revenue growth, profitability, and account planning
- Management of staff and development of new capabilities
- Facilitating with both business and technical teams
- Reviewing solutions and roadmaps provided by the team
- Deep diving with the customer to understand how the solution will be used
- Providing hands on support to new projects and successfully transitioning to support teams
- Briefing client leadership and technical resources
- Establish communications and deployment plans
What You Will Need :
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelors degree - OR - four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelors degreeMinimum of ten (10) years experience designing / managing enterprise systems or ten (10) or more years of project management experience and seven (7) years managing large federal cybersecurity programsProject Management Professional Certification (PMP)What Would Be Nice To Have :
An active and current Top Secret federal security clearanceExperience supporting federal enterprise systems including governance, cybersecurity, development, and operationsExperience managing over $10M in annual revenue and developing robust client relationshipsExperience growing and building a sales pipelineTrack record of successfully defining and delivering solutions to customersExperience running agile projectsTechnical certifications (MCSE, AWS, Azure, CISSP, etc)Data analytics background, data warehousing, AI, data quality of enterprise systems, etc.Excellent communication skillsWhat We Offer :
