Associate Accounts Receivable Representative

ADP is hiring an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative. In this position, you'll join a team of rock-star professionals who are responsible for utilizing basic financial, business, and industry knowledge. Responsibilities:

1. Handle warm transfers from client service associates to assist in resolving client billing requests or issues.
2. Make outbound calls to clients to bring requests or billing issues to resolution.
3. Meet or exceed phone metrics and SLAs.
4. Perform assigned Invoices to Cash tasks and work cases accurately and within stipulated timeliness by partnering with business units and/or working with the client to understand and resolve routine requests.
5. Analyze and research client requests that are more complex under the direction of a tenured associate.
6. Provide World Class Service with each interaction to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
7. Continuous support and timely response to Clients, Shared Services Teams, Service, Sales, and implementation for resolution of simple inquiries and escalations.
8. Resolve simple AR Disputes.
9. Participate in organizational initiatives including BPI and continuous improvement.
10. Ability to prepare formatted data files and correspondence for distribution to clients.
11. Works with Banks to resolve client payment issues.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma
• Strong verbal listening and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work independently or with teams.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and use problem-solving skills to de-escalate issues.
