Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

Healthcare United, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a BC / BE physician to join its existing group of Pulmonary / Critical Care / Sleep Physicians. The practice involves the full spectrum of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and / or Sleep Medicine with proportions of practice tailored to the physician s preference.

Overview :

• Join an established group of 6 Pulmonologists, 4 Intensivists, 3 Sleep physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians, 4 dedicated outpatient Respiratory Therapists, and 1 Nurse Specialist.
• Customized clinical time and roles in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
• Opportunities for resident and medical student supervision and teaching.
• Utilization of advanced technologies such as ECMO, EBUS, and Ultrasound.
• AASM certified Sleep Center.
• Full integrated EPIC-EMR system since 2011.
