Salary : $23.00-$30.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)

Shift : Monday-Friday (Some Evening Hours Required)

Position Overview :

We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our fabrication team. This role programs, sets up, and operates CNC and metal fabrication equipment while supporting tooling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will :

  • Program and run CNC and fabrication machines (press brake, punch, stamping dies, etc.).
  • Perform and track preventative maintenance on machines and tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime, scrap, and material usage.
  • Assist with new tooling, dies, and process implementations.
  • Train operators on equipment, process changes, and workflow improvements.
  • Support supervisors with process accuracy, repeatability, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Partner with QC and management on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to cost-reduction, process improvement, and 5S efforts.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience programming / operating CNC or fabrication machinery.
  • Knowledge of tooling, dies, and metal fabrication processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and CAD / CAM files.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior manufacturing or fabrication shop experience.
