EMR : Cerner Hospital Bed size : 268 Special Procedures : cardiac electrophysiology specifically heart rhythm disturbances Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablationsMust be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their ownTechnology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system must be comfortable using must do TEEs and moderate sedation Skills Required : AlbationsPractice Setting : Hospital In-Office ClinicRequirements : Board Certification : BC or BE required License Required : AZ Licensed. Ok to license DEA : AZ registered CSR : not required Certifications Required : ACLS Minimum Experience Required : 1 yearCredentialing Timeframe : 30 daysOT : 1.5 normal rateOT Billing Rule : after scheduled shiftHoliday : 1.5x normal rate - New Year s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day 00 59 .
