• Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors to ensure outstanding customer service and
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash
• Implement and maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and the successful execution of promotional
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food / Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team
• Organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced
