  • Part of large 160+ physician multispecialty group practice
  • Outpatient-only
  • 22-24 patients per day
  • NextGen EMR
  • Phone call shared with at least 3 other pediatricians
  • $225,000 base +RVU-based compensation + quality bonus & patient satisfaction bonus
  • Full benefits
  • Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail)
  • 5 weeks PTO
