Senior / Lead UI / UX Designer

role at SproutsAI. You will be our UI / UX Designer for a Generative AI startup based out of San Francisco, CA. You will closely work with a talented team of application developers to design highly usable UI / UX designs. As an early hire in a fast-growing startup, you will have a tremendous opportunity to learn latest tech including Cloud, Scalable Systems, GenerativeAI, Security and Performance optimization. This role is remote in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience design and development for GenAI, Voice, Chat, Web, mobile applications, interaction interfaces, and overall experiences from initial unboxing to daily usage.
• Represent the voice of the customer with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, aesthetic preferences, and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and create products that meet those needs.
• Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale to cross-functional teams in verbal and visual formats.
• Continuously gather customer feedback through concept testing, analytics tools, A / B testing, surveys, and interviews to validate key aspects of the product and reduce risk.
• Utilize design thinking and agile methodologies to create and test prototypes, incorporating user feedback and making iterative improvements.
• Stay informed about current consumer and competitor product offerings, best-in-class user experience, and design trends in the U.S. and international markets.
