We're seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to oversee the design and maintenance of regional HR systems, ensuring effective delivery of HR technology solutions. This role will provide expertise on system design best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive HR solutions.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team focused on HR applications
- Collaborate with HR Product Owners to develop clear product strategies
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementation lifecycles and ongoing operations
- Identify gaps and evaluate new features in HR tools for potential adoption
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in technology, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in IT or HR Tech roles focusing on HR systems3+ years in a supervisory roleFamiliarity with HR processes and functionsStrong business acumen and problem-solving skillsExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to various audiencesExecutive presence for interacting with key stakeholdersWork Environment :
