Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled NC Programmer to join our team specializing in precision machining for prototype and aerospace applications. This role requires expertise in advanced programming techniques for complex tooling and specialized manufacturing projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for molds, dies, and aerospace components
 - Create comprehensive setup sheets for CNC operations
 - Program complex 3-axis and 5-axis machining operations
 - Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal manufacturing processes
 
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years of programming experience in molds, dies, or aerospace manufacturingDemonstrated proficiency in 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programmingTechnical Skills
Advanced mathematical capabilitiesProficient in blueprint interpretation and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Experience with precision measurement instruments and gaugesTebis CAM software experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates)Physical Requirements
