Job descriptionHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 3 years of programming experience in molds, dies, or aerospace manufacturing Demonstrated proficiency in 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programming Advanced mathematical capabilities Proficient in blueprint interpretation and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Experience with precision measurement instruments and gauges Tebis CAM software experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Manual dexterity for precision work Self-motivated with ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Collaborative team player with positive attitude Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements Prototype and aerospace tooling Early prototype components and one-off tools Low-volume production runs Large-scale and miniature precision items Custom and specialty machining applications Competitive compensation package Professional development opportunities Training on advanced CAM software Collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace and prototype projects

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled NC Programmer to join our team specializing in precision machining for prototype and aerospace applications. This role requires expertise in advanced programming techniques for complex tooling and specialized manufacturing projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for molds, dies, and aerospace components
- Create comprehensive setup sheets for CNC operations
- Program complex 3-axis and 5-axis machining operations
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal manufacturing processes
