Lymphedema & Rehabilitation Consultants (LARC) is a therapist-owned and therapist-operated practice specializing in lymphedema, cancer-associated swelling, chronic edema, and wound care . We serve Central Virginia through two clinic locations and mobile outpatient care within a 25-mile radius of Richmond.

We are expanding and seeking an Evaluating Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist who is motivated, independent, and passionate about helping medically complex patients regain comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

About the Role

The Evaluating PT / OT completes comprehensive evaluations, establishes plans of care, provides Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and guides patient progression across both clinic and mobile settings.

• Hybrid model : Clinic sessions + house calls
• Clinic days may be split between both locations or primarily in one
• Localized patient clustering to minimize travel
• Expected caseload : 25–30 visits / week
• 4-week structured orientation before assuming a full caseload
• Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, and documentation assistance
