Job Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Director Finance / Controller to build out scalable financial operations, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership and key business stakeholders to support our next phase of growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to both build repeatable processes and work on high impact projects.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Accounting, Controls, & Tax

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee the core financial processes including treasury, AP, AR, payroll and general ledger
• Evaluate, improve, establish, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial requirements, including leading technical accounting evaluation and documentation
• Manage external audit and tax advisors processes and relationships
